Deepak Jain

Deepak spent over 15 years in the corporate sector, but a quiet calling to do something more meaningful kept growing in him over time. In 2021, he decided to take a step back from corporate life and began teaching children from underserved communities. Over the past four years, Deepak has devoted his time to supporting underprivileged children - helping them with their studies, listening to their struggles, and doing what he could to ensure they didn’t fall behind simply because of their circumstances. His experience on the ground made him acutely aware of the challenges faced by many children in accessing basic educational resources. What followed was a gradual but heartfelt journey that led to the formation of Little Big Dreams, a small initiative focused on educational support for children who need it most. He continues to work closely with the communities he serves, letting their needs and voices shape the direction of the organisation. He hopes to keep creating opportunities that can make a difference - quietly, steadily, and with heart.

Rashmi Mehta

Rashmi spent 8 years in the corporate sector before a deep desire to give back led her down a different path. Since 2017, she has devoted her time to teaching and supporting underprivileged kids, helping them with their education, mentoring them, building their confidence, and simply being a steady presence in their lives. Through this journey, she’s witnessed first-hand the socioeconomic barriers that prevent many bright kids from accessing quality education. Touched by this, she co-founded Little Big Dreams Foundation, dedicated to bridging those gaps by providing financial support, learning resources, and mentorship to underprivileged students. With empathy as her compass and dedication in her heart, Rashmi hopes her work will inspire others to invest in the potential of every child.

Tarun Dhingreja

Tarun brings over two decades of passionate commitment to supporting underprivileged children. While he currently leads the Performance Reporting team at GHBS (part of Holcim Group), his heart has always been in social impact. His journey began more than 20 years ago when he, along with a group of friends, started visiting government schools around Bhimashankar. They would speak with teachers to understand their most pressing needs—from basic supplies to educational materials—and then mobilize funds through friends and family to meet those requirements. Tarun’s partnership with his college friend Deepak, who shares a similar vision, led him to become a key part of Little Big Dreams. United by a common goal, they hope to reach and uplift many more children, one small dream at a time. Tarun believes that sustainable change starts with collective effort and is committed to creating opportunities for every child to thrive.
